Bennett Encke

Photographer / Researcher

Frankfurt-born photographer exploring landscapes and urban edges in transition. Motivated by curiosity and the urge to explore, I often find myself in hidden, extreme, and peripheral spaces, using a geography-informed perspective to examine how infrastructures, environments, and social life shape one another. My work takes an open-ended approach to the multiple promises of society and the contestations they leave in space.
